Harry and Angharad are a caring and sensitive couple. They make you at ease at this sad time. They looked after Bella when her time came with dignity and care. Bella had spent her life at Marley Hall so it was fitting for her to finish it here. So again Harry and Angharad thank you.

Thank you Marley Hall.  We never met Harry but Angharad was so kind.  It is such a beautiful setting and we have taken comfort in bringing our beloved Charlie, our 12 year old Border Terrier to be cremated here.  Such kindness and genuine compassion.

We lost our hamster on May 1st 2019 and we wasn't quite sure what to do with him until we came across Marley Hall Pet Crematorium. Our hamster meant a great deal to us and we wanted to find a place with nice people, so we know he would be treated with respect that he deserves on his final journey. Genuinly lovely people and a peacful goodbye. Would highly recomend that if your looking for the best place to take your pet for cremation, this is the place to go.

At a very sad time Angharad and Tom were so supportive and informative and it was a comfort  that I could leave my treasured companion in good hands and that his last journey would be as an individual.  Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful family-run business that I cannot recommend highly enough.Due to failing health, we were forced to make the heartbreaking decision to cross our beautiful old boy over the bridge. Vinnie was a 16-year-old Yorkshire terrier who had chosen us as his humans when he was only 14 weeks old.The calming and loving words that Angarhad wrote in her email when I inquired about the process made me realize that I had made the right decision in approaching Marley Hall for Vinnie's final journey.We were met by Harry, on the final day, who was compassionate and understanding, and it was clear that he truly cared for Vinnie. He took the time to explain the process and made sure we had all the time we needed to say goodbye. His kindness and empathy made a difficult situation much more bearable.It was a beautiful and dignified send off for our much loved furbaby. Please accept our sincere thanks . Your compassion, understanding and kindness meant the world to us.

I cannot fault Marley Hall at all. For what is such an upsetting and delicate job, they carry it out with the utmost care, respect and love. The crematorium is set in the most tranquil and beautiful countryside and immediately makes you feel relaxed just being there. Between having our doggo put to sleep and receiving her back in a beautiful casket was less than 30 hours and we live approximately 60 miles from Marley Hall so the turnaround was unbelievable and made a difficult time that much easier - especially as they collected her from the vets for us. Harry, Angharad and Tom were friendly, respectful and just the right amount of sympathetic without making us feel as though we were being pitied. I cannot recommend Marley Hall enough and will go nowhere else should I require this type of service in the future. I can't thank them enough.
