We used Marley Hall again on Sunday after our beautiful boy Elvis passed away. Although he had reached 18 and it was expected the experience was as harrowing as ever. Marley Hall took care of my other 2 dogs Gucci and Chloe in 2020 and 2021 and its because of the first class service and wonderful surroundings all of my dogs will be taken there. There is a lovely farewell room where you can lay your dog and take as much time as is needed to say your final goodbyes. He was cremated the same day and returned to us in a beautiful casket with a lovely sympathy card.To all of the dog owners out there that want to do the right thing for their dogs when they leave you, please take them here.Thanks Harry for being so kind on that dreadful day

Words cannot express the wonderful feelings and empathy we received from Marley Hall, from the original phone enquiry (Harry) to the dreaded day (Tom). The atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful, we were given time with our dog and Tom explained what was going to happen. We were able to collect his ashes later the same day. I found Marley Hall on the internet, the reviews were lovely, it felt just right, and it was meant to be as our dog is named "Marley"!!

Last week our family lost our beautiful little girlie Fleur to cancer. Before her death Harry was so helpful as to what he could provide as a service when she died. In the midst of deep sadness at the time of loosing her I text Harry who sent the most supportive, compassionate and empathic response. This continued when he collected her from home, such care and consideration to her body and my feelings. The service was so easy at a time of great pain. When her ashes were returned the quality of the tube, the card and its kind words it all meant so much. I cannot praise Marley Hall highly enough. We lost our beloved beagle, Merlin very quickly to cancer. Tom came out to greet us as we arrived and with much compassion helped us carry Merlin in his basket inside to a room decorated with flowers and candles.. Nothing was rushed and so the necessary administration didn’t take over. Our last moments with our boy were calm, peaceful and private. We left knowing that Tom would give him the utmost respect in our absence. What was utterly devastating and so final was made gentle. We are very grateful to Tom, Harry and Angharad.

A beautiful family run, personal and compassionate business in a lovely setting.In February we had to say goodbye to our beautiful wired haired vizsla, Bear. It was obviously such a hard time for us but I cannot thank Angharad enough, she made such a difficult time so much easier. We arrived within a couple of hours notice, Angharad lifted Bear out of the car and placed her in the quiet room where we could say goodbye. She was treated with the upmost respect. Our cat died suddenly on a Saturday night. I called Marley Hall first thing Monday morning and we were able to take him midday.From the initial phone call to final collection Angharad was a pleasure to deal with. Full of understanding and empathy. The premises are lovely and calming and we felt assured our precious boy was in trusted hands. I collected Tigger's ashes the following morning in a beautiful scatter tube.When looking for somewhere suitable we liked how transparent the pricing for Marley Hall was. I did not want to be discussing costs over the phone at such an upsetting time. We knew exactly what services they offered and there was no upselling or hidden costs.We would certainly recommend Marley Hall for the service, the speed and the compassion.

Could not recommend this place enough. Tom was fantastic and helpful never gone through this before and Tom explained everything.Sadly the time came to say goodbye to our beloved Labrador. We had been recommended by a friend’s. We rang on the morning and was able to take Archie over and able to say goodbye in a lovely little tranquil room. This is a beautiful family-run business that I cannot recommend highly enough.Due to failing health, we were forced to make the heartbreaking decision to cross our beautiful old boy over the bridge. Vinnie was a 16-year-old Yorkshire terrier who had chosen us as his humans when he was only 14 weeks old.The calming and loving words that Angarhad wrote in her email when I inquired about the process made me realize that I had made the right decision in approaching Marley Hall for Vinnie's final journey.We were met by Harry, on the final day, who was compassionate and understanding, and it was clear that he truly cared for Vinnie. He took the time to explain the process and made sure we had all the time we needed to say goodbye. His kindness and empathy made a difficult situation much more bearable.It was a beautiful and dignified send off for our much loved furbaby. Please accept our sincere thanks . Bunty (Boo) died very suddenly and unexpectedly, and I was totally distraught. I found the details about Marley Hall just an hour after Boo left me, so was a blubbing wreck on the ‘phone. Angharad could not have been nicer. The service provided by Marley Hall was exceptional. Tom came and collected her and was kind and compassionate and professional. He knew exactly the right things to say and do. I’ll not forget his kindness and help. The ashes came back promptly and in a beautiful container within a lovely bag. And there was a handwritten, personalised sympathy card. Nothing about their service could be faulted. They offer the best service possible and I’m so grateful that I found their details online. At such a traumatic time we felt so well supported by Marley Hall. I phoned the day before to ask questions and the gentle approach was just what I needed. Marley Hall was also recommended by our vets with various members of staff having used them.We liked that you book your slot so you won’t be rushed or disturbed at this sad time.We lost our beloved Piper, she was almost eleven which was no age really. It all happened very quickly and we didn’t really have time to process the decisions we had to make so being able to say goodbye quietly in the private room without being hurried was really good for us.It’s all unbearably sad as it is for any pet parent even when you know you have made all the right decisions.This beautiful setting makes it just a little better. Harry was lovely and we knew that Piper would be treated with respect and kindness.She stayed there with her favourite monkey toy I went back the next morning to collect her ashes in its little wicker basket.At such a traumatic time Marley Hall made it easy and just that little bit better and we thank them for that.

Our Collie "Nan" of 16 years passed away on Tuesday we found Marley Hall on the net, We cannot thank Tom enough for his lovely manner when he meet us, his kindness and empathy were amazing in these traumatic times. In the early hours of yesterday morning our beautiful, much loved 17 year old cat headed off over the rainbow bridge. Angharad and Harry have been amazing and made a tough time so much easier to bear. Domino was collected by Harry with very little notice and I was able to pop over to bring her back home today. From the first contact with Angharad we received the most empathetic and supportive care. She explained the process in a caring way. On the day we took our beloved dog, on entering the premises there was a very peaceful and calming atmosphere. We spent time saying goodbye with no pressure to leave. We collected the ashes the following day (as we arrived late Monday afternoon) the box was beautifully finished and considering the circumstances the experience was lovely. My dear old cat passed on Saturday night, and even though it was after 8 on a bank holiday weekend Angharad answered the phone, arranged for me to take my cat in at half past ten on a Sunday morning and made the process so easy and comforting. The facilities are top notch and there is a beautiful space for you to say goodbye to your beloved pet. When I collected his remains there was a beautiful card with a thoughtful and personal message in it alongside a beautiful and biodegradable container with the remains. I cannot fault any aspect of what they do, and I am so very grateful that they were available to take care of my boy's needs. One last time. Bless you for your kindness, it made all the difference for us.

Although we knew the day was coming when we'd have to say goodbye to our furry boy as he'd been ill for a while, nothing prepares you for the actual day. We'd already spoken with Angharad and planned as much as we could in readiness. Throughout, Angharad was a pleasure to deal with, providing detailed information and putting our minds at ease in relation to the process - especially the fact that they only carry out individual cremations. Despite being late Sunday evening, Angharad still travelled down to collect him and then returned him home on Tuesday. We thoroughly recommend Angharad and Marley Hall.
